About Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, regardless of conflict of law provisions. Nothing herein shall prevent the application and enforcement of mandatory law.

Disputes must primarily be resolved by consensus after discussion with the board members of Värmdö MarineThings, a subsidiary within Elisabeth Fagerstedt AB. In a possible dispute, we will follow the decision of consumer disputes or ultimately by Swedish courts.

Information about online dispute resolution according to Art. 14 pairs. 1 of the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution Regulation):

The European Commission gives consumers the opportunity to resolve online disputes according to Art. 14 pairs. 1 of ODR on one of its platforms. The platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) acts as a place where consumers can try to reach third-party disputes arising in connection with online purchases and contracts for services.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays that caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as general labor dispute, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attack, change of agency regulation, technical problems, failure of electrical / telephone / data links or other communications or failure or delay in services of subcontractors due to circumstances specified here. These circumstances shall form the basis for freedom from liability and other sanctions. If the event lasts longer than two months, both you and we have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
