To place an order.
In order to make a purchase via the online store, you must accept the terms. By accepting the term, you accept the terms as a whole, and you agree that you have read the information on personal policy *, personal data * and cookies *.
A purchase agreement is concluded when we have confirmed your order.
Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel your order. You can cancel your order until it has been confirmed. If the order is cancelled, you or your credit card company will pay if the payment is refunded.
If you wish to cancel a purchase, you should inform us immediately.
Your right to cancel a purchase is valid for 14 days from the day you received the item. You have the right to cancel your order and return your goods within 14 days from the date you received the goods.
In case of cancellation, you pay the return fee and you are responsible for the refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer. PayPal customers, who paid for the delivery via PayPal, receive free returns via PayPal. A prerequisite is that you have registered for that service before the purchase with PayPal. The goods must be well packed, in good condition and preferably in the original box.
When you have cancelled your purchase, the amount you paid for the product will be refunded. Our additional shipping charges, if you have chosen not to use our standard delivery option, are non-refundable.
The amount refunded to you will be paid to us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the agreed cancellation rights agreement has been received. We may withhold compensation until we have received the goods or until you have shown that the goods have been sent to us.
The refund is normally made via the payment option you selected.
About fees and VAT
All prices in the webshop include VAT. The prices are taxable according to Swedish rules. Companies and institutions are presented with prices without VAT if they register their VAT number on their account. For companies and institutions with VAT within the EU, outside of Sweden, VAT will not be charged at all if a real VAT registration number is registered.
The prices in the online store do not include other fees, such as additional fees or payment fees. They are extra.
Our payment methods
We accept secure payment by VISA or MasterCard or your PayPal account for all customers. All payment is via PayPal.
If you need a personal invoice or a receipt, contact us via the contact link. You must be accepted by us for invoice payments. This is normally an option for companies and institutions. If you are accepted, you will receive an invoice to your email account after your order is sent from us. The billing period is paid after 14 days and no billing fee.
Our Obligations for Delivery Delays
You have the right to cancel your purchase if long order delays occur. The agreement should be cancelled by written notice to us.
Refund of the purchase price will be paid no later than 30 days after the notice is received.

A complaint about an error must be made immediately after you discover the error. We strongly recommend our customers to open and check the goods immediately after receiving it without delay. You should carefully examine the product to ensure that it is flawless and meets your expectations. You can make a complaint within two weeks of discovering the error.
If shipping damage occurs, please contact us immediately after receiving the item. Shipping costs are refunded for approved claims.
Once we have received a returned defective product and your complaint has been accepted by us, we will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We aim to respond within 30 days of receiving the complaint. We reserve the right to deny a claim if it appears that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines from the General Complaints Board, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Trading Act.
