Shipping and returns

Shipping of your order. Free shipping on orders from SEK 1000

The goods are normally sent the next working day after we receive payment as the goods are in stock. If the product is not in stock, in some cases it can still be ordered, but in other cases not. See each individual as for what applies to that one.

We try to keep shipping prices as low as possible. We have agreements with PostNord and DHL. Small consignments are sent as consignment notes. Larger shipments and those weighing more than 2 kg are sent as packages (unit shipping). The consignment notes are traceable so there may be reason to choose that option. However, the maximum weight is 2kg and the dimensions must be a maximum of 34x24x7 cm (LxWxH)

Larger and heavier shipments are sent with DHL or PostNord. Max 20kg per shipment.

The shipping price includes handling, packing and packaging as well as the shipping itself.

Any returns are paid for and taken care of by the customer. If you have activated the "Compensation for return costs" service with PayPal, they are responsible for the customer's return costs. The responsibility still lies with the customer, but with this service, PayPal covers the costs up to a certain amount. See information at PayPal.
