4-step swim ladder: 2 fixed + 2 folding steps

The upper bracket can be replaced with a hanging bracket so that the ladder can be easily removed. The steps can be adjusted so that the feet always step on a horizontal surface - a good safety factor. Tested in a saltwater simulator to ensure that they can withstand the marine environment. Choose a swim ladder that has 2 steps in the water when folded out.
